For how long should raw garlic (Allium sativum) go through an aging process under a temperature ranging in between 40℃ and 80℃ in order to have a stronger antifungal effect than antifungal drugs (Betadine and Zoralin Ketoconazole) as measured by their respective zones of inhibition using Saccharomyces cerevisiae?



Several studies such as antioxidant activity, anti-obesity and various beneficial effects of black garlic were done, but studies on the antifungal activities of black garlic were few.
