Poor Topsy and Tim catch chicken pox, so they have to stay in bed and try not to scratch their itchy red spots. Their friend Kerry brings them some calamine lotion, which makes them feel much better. This story aims to reassure young children about having their first illness, and helps them to understand that they will get better.
